Rules of Public Order<\/h2><\/div>
<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The rules of public order of Toila municipality apply to the museum.<\/p>\n<\/div>

1. General provisions<\/h5><\/div>
    \n
  1. The Rules of Public Order of the Estonian Mining Museum (hereinafter the Rules) provide rules in the territory limited by the fence of the Estonian Mining Museum (hereinafter the Mining Museum) in order to ensure public order and the preservation of the property at the disposal of the Mining Museum.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. A public place is a public territory, buildings and premises.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. The rules are valid in the territory of the Estonian Mining Museum and are obligatory for all private persons staying in the territory and legal persons operating there.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>
    2. Public order requirements<\/p><\/h5><\/div>

    It is the responsibility of everyone on the territory of the Mining Museum to behave in such a way as to ensure public order and the safety of others in accordance with good practice.
    \n<\/span>
    \nThe following are prohibited:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. malicious harassment, noise, use of obscene expressions and other acts that violate people’s peace, decency and security or otherwise degrade human dignity on the territory of the mining museum;<\/li>\n
    2. to smoke in public areas of buildings on the territory in places not provided for that purpose;<\/li>\n
    3. to stay on the territory of the mining museum between 22.00 and 6.00 (except for accidents, public events, etc.), unless the holder has a special permit;<\/li>\n
    4. to be in a state of intoxication that violates human dignity and social morality;<\/li>\n
    5. to drive a motor vehicle in the fenced territory of the mining museum (except with the permission of the mining museum);<\/li>\n
    6. to violate and arbitrarily move traffic signs, signs, advertising and billboards, street lights, rubbish bins and other public property on the territory of the mining museum;<\/li>\n
    7. disturbing visitors to the mining museum’s territory by trading, offering goods, begging and propaganda;<\/li>\n
    8. to listen to loud music on the territory if it disturbs the peace of other people (except for public events);<\/li>\n
    9. stay on the territory with a dog without a leash, use a muzzle if necessary. Without a leash and muzzle, dogs of the relevant authorities may move in a public place to perform official duties. The owner of a pet is obliged to ensure that his or her pet does not spoil buildings, corridors of houses, stairwells, sidewalks, green areas, children’s sandboxes and other public places. The owner is obliged to clean up the pollution caused by his wards immediately.<\/li>\n
    10. making a campfire on the territory of a mining museum (except with the permission of the museum);<\/li>\n
    11. sell, buy or provide alcoholic beverages, intoxicants or tobacco products to a minor under the age of 18;<\/li>\n
    12. use rubber mattresses, inflatable boats or similar aids for swimming in the swimming pond of the mining museum.<\/li>\n
    13. throw rubbish and stones, etc. objects in the water of the swimming pond;<\/li>\n
    14. let a dog or cat swim in a public bathing area. The use of the swimming pond of the Mining Museum is at the risk of the user.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>
      3. Public order requirements for minors<\/p><\/h5><\/div>

      Minors are required to follow the mining museum’s public policy rules – parents, guardians or custodians of minors are responsible for illegal acts committed by children in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law.<\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Staying in the recreation area of \u200b\u200bthe Mining Museum and by the swimming pond is at your own risk. The responsibility in cases lies with the parents, guardians or custodians.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. A person under the age of 18 is prohibited from acquiring or consuming alcoholic beverages, intoxicants or tobacco products;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         <\/p>\n<\/div>

        4. Public procedures for trade and public events<\/h5><\/div>
          \n
        1. \n

          Trading and provision of services on the territory of the mining museum is permitted only on the basis of a trading permit or sales <\/span>ticket issued pursuant to the established procedure and at the prescribed times and conditions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        2. In order to organize public events (dance parties, open-air concerts, public celebrations, fairs, sports competitions, etc.) that take place on the territory of the mining museum or in public buildings, written approval of Toila Parish Government (hereinafter rural municipality government) and police is required at least seven days before the event. The conditions set by the Mining Museum, the rural municipality government and the police are obligatory for the organizers of the event;<\/li>\n
        3. The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, as well as being under the influence of alcohol or other drugs, is prohibited at an event intended for minors;<\/li>\n
        4. Organizers of events aimed at minors must ensure that the event would normally end at least half an hour before the restrictions in paragraph 2.3 of these rules are imposed.<\/li>\n
        5. The organizer of a minors\u00b4event is obliged to ensure public order.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>
          5. Liability and control<\/h5><\/div>
            \n
          1. The perpetrators of liability for violation of the rule are liable in accordance with the provisions of the Penal Code and the Code of Misdemeanor Procedure;<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. Extra-judicial proceedings concerning the misdemeanors provided for in the rules are conducted by the Toila Parish Government and the Ida-Viru Police Prefecture.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":128,"featured_media":0,"parent":22096,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-21837","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"\nRules of Public Order -
